How long should a 5000IU trigger shot stay in my system? I got a - preg test at 9DPO, then a + on 10 DPO?

I have a few pregnancy test on 10 DPO and took it all came back positive. I am now 12 DPO and had a beta blood test. The nurse called and said that 44 is it too low? Most Trigger shot walks away with 10dpo (5000IU sounds a lot though). Wait a few days and do a beta-hCG. 44-12DPO is normal, but difficult to say whether the arrest of the trigger shot or against pregnancy. Another test will quickly respond to (up or down). Because your negative on 9dpo, you're probably pregnant - congratulations (but another beta test for the confirmation). Good luck. It sounds like you are pregnant, but I would wait a couple days and have doc for another test. Good luck! The trigger metabolizes in half life one day, so with the 5000 IU dose of hCG 1000 reduces unit per day and lasts 5 days for the HCG to leave your body. So the trigger is gone. Got it - just because it just was not enough HCG in your system for a HPT to pick. Although the first set looks great and is well within the normal range of the most important is the second beta, you want the number to double within 48 hours. Check out the beta http://www.betabase.info/showBasicChart.php?type=Single base and compare I wish you a happy and healthy 9 months!.
